Hello and Welcome, 

 

I am an Edinburgh based jewellery designer and maker and I work from my studio at Summerhall which is located in the south of the city.

 

I make all of my silver and resin jewellery by hand and so each piece is unique.  I love to add interest to the simple shapes that I create by adding colour and texture and I achieve this by using a variety of materials and techniques. I work mostly in silver and resin but other materials that I use include enamel and glass paints and gold leaf . I use traditional jewellery and metal-smithing techniques such as saw piercing and forging.

I am mainly self taught but have undertaken Jewellery and Metal Work courses at Edinburgh College of Art and Leith School of Art.
